Return Policy

We have a 4-day return policy, meaning you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or if there is an issue with the order.
If the product is not your preferred size or style, we offer an exchange to a different size or a different item.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
